Order Handling & Processing

  • Dispatch Timeline: We prepare and hand over all orders to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that orders received on Sundays or gazetted holidays will be processed on the following working day.

  • Our Carriers: To guarantee safe handling, we only ship through premium, registered domestic courier networks.

Expected Delivery Timelines

While we strive to meet these timelines consistently, please treat them as standard estimates:

  • Local Deliveries (Lahore): As our central hub is based in Lahore, local orders receive express attention and are usually delivered within 1 day of dispatch.

  • Within Punjab: Shipments destined for other cities and towns across Punjab generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: For orders traveling to Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, and other regions outside Punjab, delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.

Operational Delays & Tracking

  • Peak Seasons & Sales: During high-volume periods such as promotional sales, festivals, or public holidays, order delivery might take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.

  • Unexpected Disruptions: Exceptional circumstances like severe weather, transit strikes, or sudden road blockages may occasionally cause delays. Should this happen, our team will make every effort to keep you updated.

  • Shipment Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our facility, a tracking ID will be sent to your contact details. You can input this code directly into the courier service’s portal to check your parcel's current location.

Delivery Rates
